Our Story

Hey there 👋 We’re Sudeshna and Ranjit, an Indian-born Canadian couple exploring the world, chasing one culture at a time. What started with a spontaneous trip to Thailand in 2016 has now taken us across 71 countries (and counting!) and turned into a full-time journey of travel.

Our mission? To show you that adventure is possible on a budget—and that every culture has its magic. We travel on $100/day (for two), sharing routes, tips, and the little moments that make a place unforgettable.

A Little More About Our Background

Sudeshna has worked as a Human Resources professional for over 13 years and loves editing, taking pictures, trying out local cuisine, and petting every possible animal around the world 🐾.

Ranjit was a Software Developer for more than 14 years—and is a true spreadsheet guy! He loves numbers, planning to the T, taking videos, and has a gift for mingling with anyone and everyone at any given possible time 🎥.

We both come from middle-class families in Kolkata, India. To cover our own tuition fees and education, we both started working several part-time jobs since our high school days.
